By accessing or using SpotMyChart, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of SpotMyChart, including visitors, registered users, and any other parties who access the platform in any capacity.

Description of Service

SpotMyChart is a data intelligence and pattern recognition platform for Indian equity markets, operated by Altitans Intelligence Private Limited. The platform provides historical chart pattern data, backtest statistics, win rates, and related market intelligence for NSE and BSE-listed securities.

SpotMyChart is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a buy or sell recommendation, or any form of financial guidance. All data is historical and presented for informational purposes only.

User Responsibilities

Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@spotmychart.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account details up to date.
Lawful use
You agree to use SpotMyChart only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Independent decisions
You acknowledge that any investment decisions you make are solely your own. SpotMyChart provides data — not advice. You bear full responsibility for the outcomes of your trading decisions.

Intellectual Property

All content on SpotMyChart — including but not limited to pattern detection algorithms, confidence scoring methodology, backtested data, visual designs, user interface elements, and written content — is the exclusive property of Altitans Intelligence Private Limited.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission from Altitans Intelligence Private Limited. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in account termination and legal action.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SpotMyChart is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

All pattern data, win rates, and return statistics are derived from historical market data. Past performance of any pattern does not guarantee, predict, or imply future results. Market conditions change — historical patterns may not repeat.

We make no representation that any information on the platform is accurate, complete, or current. You use the platform entirely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Altitans Intelligence Private Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on SpotMyChart.

This includes, without limitation, any trading losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding any claim.

Prohibited Uses

No redistribution of data
You may not scrape, copy, republish, sell, or redistribute any data, pattern results, or content from SpotMyChart — in whole or in part — without explicit written consent from Altitans Intelligence Private Limited.
No automated access
Use of bots, crawlers, scrapers, or any automated tools to access, extract, or collect platform data is strictly prohibited.
No reverse engineering
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the underlying algorithms, scoring logic, or source code of the platform.
No account sharing
Sharing your account credentials with other individuals is not permitted. Each account is for individual use only.
No misrepresentation
You may not misrepresent yourself as affiliated with SpotMyChart or Altitans Intelligence, or falsely imply endorsement of any product or service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SpotMyChart at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use or engaged in conduct harmful to the platform, other users, or Altitans Intelligence Private Limited.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at contact@spotmychart.com. Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of SpotMyChart shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
