Email address and phone number collected during registration or authentication via Google OAuth or OTP-based sign-in.
Usage data
Pages visited, features used, search queries, watchlist activity, and session duration. Collected automatically as you interact with the platform.
Device data
Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers — collected for security and analytics purposes.
Voluntarily provided data
Any information you choose to provide through support requests or feedback forms.

Provide the service
To authenticate your account, load your watchlist, and personalise your experience on the platform.

To understand how users interact with features, identify bugs, and prioritise product improvements.

To send service-related emails such as account verification or critical platform updates. We do not send marketing emails without explicit consent.

Data Storage
User data is stored on Supabase — a secure, cloud-hosted database platform. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations requiring us to retain certain records.

Cookies
SpotMyChart uses cookies strictly for session management — to keep you signed in between visits. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may prevent certain features, such as staying signed in, from working correctly.

Third-Party Services
Supabase
Database and authentication provider. Your email, phone number, and session tokens are stored and managed via Supabase. See supabase.com/privacy
Vercel
Hosting and deployment platform. Request logs and edge network data may be processed by Vercel. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
Google OAuth
If you sign in using Google, your Google account profile (name, email) is shared with us under Google's OAuth consent flow. See policies.google.com/privacy
